When I start making your site, I'll make a template for each page to be based off of. From that we can just plug in the navigation and content.
Every site I do is written the most up-to-date with today's web standards. Valid XHTML and CSS will be standard with each page. Cross-browser support is another issue that will be worked out as much as possible to keep a consistent site.
If your site needs to be updated every once in a while, for example with product specials or some of your latest news, I can include my own Admin tool that will allow quick and easy updates. This helps make your life easier and saves you a few bucks, since you won't have to pay me to update it every time.
Of course there will be some parts of the site you might want changed or tweaked after it's all done. For these bigger updates that might not be simply replacing some text, you'll need me to do some maintenance. For this I charge by the hour, but that rate will be worked out when we start the site.
I can design sites that will work on Internet devices that aren't a computer. These are usually smaller-screen devices like PDAs and game systems, such as the Sony PSP and Nintendo DS.
